Firmware 4.00.1/4.01.1 Overview
IMPORTANT FIRMWARE COMPATIBILITY NOTICE: Firmware versions 3.xx and 4.xx are fundamentally incompatible. Any attempt to upgrade from version 3.xx to 4.xx, or downgrade from 4.xx to 3.xx, will permanently disable your ET90000 Timer. The resulting damage cannot be reversed through standard recovery procedures.
Before proceeding with any firmware updates, please verify your current firmware version and ensure you are installing a compatible update. Do not change the firmware file extention in order to install the update on an incompatible timer.
